As a founding member of the ACMP Innovation Lab, I was able to lead an experimental project to apply Change Management standards to creative change challenge scenarios, in workshops held at summits in San Diego (2024) and Toronto (2023). The project spurred participants to tap into their own creativity and storytelling to create stories that solved the challenges presented.
